Classes

Etiquette

Let’s keep the ride smooth for everyone!

  • Everyone’s Welcome Here
    • All levels. All bodies. All backgrounds. Show up with kindness, support your neighbors, and ride your ride.

  • Arrive Early, Ride Ready
    • Plan to show up 10 minutes before class starts. It gives you time to check in, get settled, and set up your bike without the rush.

  • Silence Is Golden (Sometimes)
    • Feel free to chat before class, but once the lights go down and the music starts — let’s keep the focus on the ride. Encouragement and energy shared during class is encouraged.

  • Respect the Vibe
    • Every rider is on their own journey. Keep your energy positive, your space respectful, and your encouragement welcome.

  • Late? We Get It. But…
    • Life happens — but for safety and flow, no entry once class is started. If you know you will be late, contact The Hall to see if arrangements can been made prior to class starting and we are able to accommodate late arrivals.

  • New to the Ride? Tell Us!
    • First time? Let the instructor or front desk know — we’ll help you get set up and feel confident before your first pedal stroke.
